We needed to replace our dishwasher. We filled out a request on the website of L&D appliances listing our desire for a specific brand and mentioned that our space was non standard and that we wanted a white dishwasher. Within minutes, Andrew Fields, Appliance Sales Associate at L&D, responded by email. He informed us that for our non standard space what we needed was an ADA compliant machine and that our selected brand did not currently offer such a machine in white. He sent links for such a machine built by other companies. We were especially impressed that he even steered us to another retailer where we could purchase a discontinued model from our preferred brand that was ADA compliant and in white.

If you thought the big box stores could knock out all the mom and pop appliance stores, then you clearly have never dealt with L & D Appliances. I have purchased appliances from Wendy at L&D for almost a decade now (I am a property manager). In that time I think I have placed at least 200+ orders and they have not missed a single delivery. I am not exaggerating. Home Depot, Lowes, and Best Buy have all screwed me on delivery dates or shipping issues but never L&D. They always hire great delivery drivers and installers as well. Joni (Johnny) and Sam recently delivered a speed queen coin slide washing machine and they brought the machine up a flight of stairs, down a flight into the basement and then hauled away the old one, very clean and respectful. This company really is top notch, any extra you are paying compared to the big box stores goes into their exceptional customer service.

L & D did a wonderful job providing us the best price for the appliances we purchased. Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with and very responsive. He even circled back after the delivery to ensure all went well. The delivery was smooth and delivery drivers were very pleasant.
