I went to the showroom room in Monrovia to buy a Speed Queen washer, which are hard to come by, but I stumbled upon L & D Appliance. Andrew answered any questions I had. What I was most impressed with though, was the delivery and install. Sam and Joni were two of the most impressive, diligent workers I have ever met. Not only did L & D Appliance deliver on the scheduled date, but Sam and Joni allowed me to take my time to inspect the product, answer all of my questions, and made sure the washer was installed properly.
I wish big box companies could take lessons from L & D Appliance. The people who work at this company are truly valuable and Sam and Joni were exemplary. In addition, Andrew did follow up after the delivery. I truly appreciated that. If I would have known sooner about L & D Appliance, I would have shopped here for all of my appliance needs…thank you.

We purchased a suite of kitchen appliances from L&D in Monrovia. Wendy helped us from beginning to end and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. The delivery guys also went above & beyond, carefully maneuvering the refrigerator into our tight doorway. Everything was delivered perfectly. All in all, a great experience with L&D. We had an excellent experience with L&D. Our old washer and dryer were failing and we needed quick replacements. Wendy helped us pick out new name-brand machines at a good price, and she arranged installation in just a few days. The installers came on time, worked quickly and were very courteous.

I found L&D online looking for a Viking cooktop to replace the one we had that was 20 years old. L&D had one in stock for a great price. I'm in Wichita Kansas so I was a little hesitant to buy one online from California. I talked to Andrew at L&D. Andrew sent pictures of the unit and even went to the trouble to put it under power to show me that everything worked. I bought it and it was here in less than a week. Thanks Andrew.

Sean our sales guy was great. We thought that only contractors could buy here. We bought a new fridge and stove and stove hood. Installation guys were so good. In and out fast and they haul off the old appliances. We are going back to buy a washer and dryer. Better prices then that big box stores. Also Sean was able to custom the stove to what I wanted. Highly recommend.
