Purchased another appliance from Andrew at L&D. Needed a white dishwasher. Surprisingly they don’t all come in white these days. Andrew worked with us to find the right model and made arrangement for install. Sent a great installer and then followed up to make sure we were satisfied. I found L&D online looking for a Viking cooktop to replace the one we had that was 20 years old. L&D had one in stock for a great price. I'm in Wichita Kansas so I was a little hesitant to buy one online from California. I talked to Andrew at L&D. Andrew sent pictures of the unit and even went to the trouble to put it under power to show me that everything worked. I bought it and it was here in less than a week. Thanks Andrew.

Sean our sales guy was great. We thought that only contractors could buy here. We bought a new fridge and stove and stove hood. Installation guys were so good. In and out fast and they haul off the old appliances. We are going back to buy a washer and dryer. Better prices then that big box stores. Also Sean was able to custom the stove to what I wanted. Highly recommend.

Best service ever! I came in to buy a very old model microwave and Andrew was the most kind, understanding when I explained my reasoning for wanting to look through the parts, assess the product , etc. Extremely patient and overall had the best interaction -- makes me want to shop at L&D Appliance more. Also shoutout to Sean and Janice over in the Santa Fe showroom; when I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone on the phone, they both answered and were equally as kind and accommodating to get me the support I needed.
